If you do not wish for your or your child’s image to be used, please notify us in writing before the start of the program or activity.
Refund Policy
In accordance with Australian consumer law, the following refund policy applies to any pass purchases (e.g., 10-pass package):
Pass Usage Less Than 50%: If you have used less than 50% of the passes, you are eligible for a partial refund. The refund will be calculated by deducting the full price of the used passes from the original package price, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Pass Usage 50% or More: If 50% or more of the passes have been used, no refund will be issued.
Refunds must be requested in writing and will be processed in compliance with applicable Australian consumer laws. Refunds are not available for change of mind once more than 50% of the pass has been used.
Non-Transferability of Passes
In compliance with Australian law, passes are non-transferable and can only be used by the individual whose name is associated with the purchase. Passes cannot be resold, gifted, or transferred to another person.
